There is also artwork and other things. D.R.A.G.O.N.S - This site has an active dragon-themed forum. Information on the site includes some of the author’s views on dragons, legends, AD&D and original pictures and literature. It is in English and French. Dee Dreslough’s Art Gallery - This art gallery has many dragon pictures. There are graphics for use on webpages and tutorials about how to draw dragons. Dinosauria Online - A large resource for dinosaur pictures and information. Dinotopia: Official Website - Dinotopia is a series of books about a land where humans and dinosaurs live together. This is the official website for the books. Draconic - A website-based online dragon community. Also includes a reasonable links directory. Draconomicon - An online dragon and otherkin community. It has many resources such as forums, galleries for members and a Wiki encyclopedia. Dragons in Art and on the Web - A comprehensive list of dragon sites and artwork, split into themed pages. Dragons Must Be Here - A large links directory. Other resources include an inner dragon test and website rating pictures. Elfwood - Elfwood has fantasy and science fiction art and fiction. Anyone can sign up for a gallery there. Though not dragon-specific, if you search it for dragons you’ll get a lot of results. Grand Illusions - Dragon Illusion - A paper dragon illusion that appears to always be watching you. The site comes with a pdf to print out and make your own. Here Be Dragons on Old Maps - A page discussing the appearance of the phrase ’Here Be Dragons’ on old maps. NeonDragonArt.com - The art of Jessica Peffer. The site has an art gallery, art tutorials (including how to draw dragons) and a store. Newsgroup: alt.fan.dragons - Link opens in a newsreader (if possible). AFD is a large dragon community, centered around a newsgroup. NGfL: The Lambton Worm - There are sound files of the folksong, clipart and literacy activities based around the legend, aimed at younger children. Silver Dragon Breath - A dragon community with forums, dragon greetings cards, online quizes and original art and literature. The Circle of the Dragon - This site has dragon information including mythology. The Cryptid Zoo - This site has information on many cryptids, including a few that have been shown to be real (such as the coelacanth). The Dragon Chronicle - A dragon magazine published three times a year (paper and downloadable versions). It features a diversity of dragon related and inspired lore, history, mythology, magic, religion, fiction and poetry. The History of Four-Footed Beasts and Serpents - This site has scans from Edward Topsell’s nature history book. Unlike a modern book, it includes dragons and other similar creatures. The Legend of Nessie - A large and informative site about the Loch Ness Monster. The Revised Dragon Code - A code used to summerise yourself, particularly used in signatures. The Serene Dragon - This site has information on dragon mythology, myth origins and other things. The Velvet Dragon’s Hoard - Tserisa’s homepage. The site includes some of her artwork.
