Dragons Need Friends started in 1997. It disappeared for a few years due to a few issues. People found it fun and asked for its return, so in 2006 it reopened. The campaign is meant to be taken as a bit of fun and as a way to encourage free cookies for passing dragons. The campaign did initially run a mailing list and chatroom. These never became that popular so they have not been readded. Instead, the campaign maintains a list of places that are popular. |
