Dragons appear in numerous children's books and stories. This is a list of children's stories where dragons are a major part of the plot. No publishers are listed here, as many of these have been published in numerous editions. You should be able to track down copies with the title and author.

Stories marked 'short story' are ones published as part of a compilation, not as an individual book. The list is in alphabetical order of title.

Non-Fiction/Mythology

These are books aimed at children which teach them about dragons. This may be information about dragons, or the retelling of dragon myths and fairy tales.
